
I think it's time we all switch from chai to green tea (sorry, Mamajon).
The antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is the very reason why we all should be making this important switch!
Studies show that EGCG, found only in green tea, helps in fighting infection, aids in weight loss, boosts information retention and memory, lowers cholesterol, prevents diabetes and heart disease, helps to inhibit particular cancers, and even helps with bad breath!
